President Aliyev receives Japanese delegation
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has received a delegation led by Taro Aso, Japanese Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, AzerTac state news agency reported.
The parties highlighted the significance of holding the Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors of the Asian Development Bank in Baku.
They noted that Azerbaijan achieved great economic development thanks to successful policy carried out in the country. The importance of the organization of the inaugural European Games in Azerbaijan was emphasized, and modern conditions for holding high-profile international events in Azerbaijan were praised.
The sides expressed satisfaction with the high level of Azerbaijani-Japanese relations, and discussed the issues related to the development of the bilateral ties in political, economic, ICT, tourism, humanitarian and other fields.
