PACE Bureau mulls upcoming Baku meeting
The meeting of the PACE Bureau was fully dedicated to the meeting of the PACE Standing Committee to be held in Azerbaijan in May, Head of the Azerbaijani delegation to the PACE Samad Seyidov told journalists on April 11.
Seyidov expressed satisfaction with the course of the PACE Bureau meeting.
"Today, we discussed the issues that will be considered during the meeting of the Standing Committee in Baku in May and set their queue. The Bureau adopted a decision over the Azerbaijani president's speech at PACE in June and holding of meetings with leaders of the Council of Europe would be approved and supported at the highest level," Seyidov said.
The participation and speech of the Azerbaijani foreign minister in Baku in May and at PACE in June were also broadly discussed and approved, he added.
The meeting of PACE Bureau will be held in Baku on May 22 and the meeting of the Standing Committee will be held on May 23.
