President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev reviewed overhauled and reconstructed N military unit in Hajigabul District on Monday, AzerTac state news agency reported.

Minister of Internal Affairs, Colonel-General Ramil Usubov reported to the President of Azerbaijan and Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces Ilham Aliyev.

The Head of the State was informed that the process of army building started by the National Leader of Azerbaijan and successfully continued by President Ilham Aliyev made Azerbaijan`s army the most powerful in the region.

The last 10 years have been an important period of the organization and management of the activity of Interior Troops, and improvement of living conditions of the staff.

The soldiers of Interior Troops who is protecting the interests of society and the state, as well as the public order have successfully coped with their duties during the past years.
The Head of the State also got familiarized with the reconstruction project and model of the military unit of the Interior Troops.

The President was informed that important work is being done to improve the material and technical base of the Interior Troops. The condition created in the military unit is a good example for it.

President Ilham Aliyev also toured the territory of the military unit and got familiarized with the reconstructed Dormitory Apartments for 70 officers and soldiers.
