Saudi Arabia interested in expanding cooperation with Azerbaijan
Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov met Saudi Arabian ambassador Fahd ibn Ali al-Doseri in connection with the end of his diplomatic mission, Trend news agency reported on Thursday.
Mammadyarov highly appreciated the activity of Fahd ibn Ali al-Doseri in Azerbaijan and noted his contribution to the development of bilateral relations, according to the press service of the Foreign Ministry.
The meeting also discussed the current state of bilateral relations. The parties agreed to continue cooperation in international organizations.
The minister wished the ambassador success in his future endeavors.
Al-Doseri, in turn, said he left the country with a good impression and stated that Riyadh is interested in expanding cooperation with Azerbaijan.
