Azerbaijani prisoners may be allowed to use Skype to communicate with families
Azerbaijani prisoners may enjoy communication with their families through Skype in the near future, though it is currently forbidden by law and accordingly can't be used, head of the Penitentiary Service Madat Guliyev told journalists, Trend news agency reported.
He added that if legislation is amended, there will be conditions allowing the use of Skype by prisoners.
