New edition of Caucasus Int'l magazine released
A new issue of Caucasus International magazine, produced by the Ankara-based Eurasian Association of Scientists and the Center for Strategic Studies (SAM) of Azerbaijan, has been published in Turkey.
The issue focuses on the energy policies in the resource-rich Caspian region. Also, the journal has articles by leading experts on key issues relating to Iran and Syria.
In addition, the current issue of the magazine includes articles by Jamestown Foundation President Glen Howard "The new Iron Silk Road: the Baku-Tbilisi- Kars", by head of the political analysis and information department of the Azerbaijani Presidential Administration Elnur Aslanov, "The future of Karabakh - the future of the Caucasus", by the director of Russian Center for Public Policy Research Vladimir Yevseyev, "Nuclear weapons of Iran: Russia`s attitude", etc.
The new issue of the magazine also features an ongoing project to review books published in the former Soviet republics, which was launched in the last issue.
Caucasus International stimulates and supports intellectual discussion not only within the Caucasus region but also internationally. From next week, the magazine will be available for purchase in Turkish bookshops and on www.amazon.com as well as Baku bookstores.
