Plastic surgery clinics planned
Colombian businessmen are interested in building plastic surgery clinics in Azerbaijan, Azerbaijani Ambassador to Mexico and Colombia Ilgar Mukhtarov told journalists.
He said that Colombian businessmen have expressed their willingness to invest in this field.
``They are one of the leaders in this field,`` he said. ``Negotiations are underway to that end.``
