Envoy: Turkey sees no threat from Russian-leased Azeri radar
The Turkish ambassador in Baku has dismissed media reports saying Ankara sees a threat posed by the Russian-leased Gabala radar station in Azerbaijan.
"This is an issue of Azerbaijan-Russia bilateral relations and is not a concern for the Turkish side," Hulusi Kilic told a press conference Friday.
Kilic said that the development of relations between Azerbaijan and Israel is not a concern for Turkey either.
"This is Baku’s affair and I wouldn’t want to comment on these relations," he added.
