Azerbaijan, Iran to discuss information partnership: top official
Azerbaijan will discuss information partnership with Iran during a visit by Azerbaijani officials to the neighboring country in early December, a presidential aide told the Baku-based Trend news agency Tuesday.
The delegation headed by Ali Hasanov, the Presidential Administration official in charge of social and political affairs, will visit Iran on December 2-5.
The Azerbaijani officials will hold meetings with heads of numerous Iranian organizations dealing with television, press, and foreign information policy.
"The main goal is to discuss information partnership between the two countries, coverage of the ongoing domestic processes, the situation with TV and radio broadcasting along the borders and other issues of social and political importance," he said. "Another goal is to give certain recommendations on the future cooperation."
