OSCE assembly to discuss Karabakh conflict
Discussions on the OSCE’s role in unresolved conflicts, including the Armenia-Azerbaijan dispute over Nagorno Karabakh, will be held at the fall session of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly on October 8, Azerbaijani Vice-Speaker Bahar Muradova was quoted as saying by state news agency AzerTAc.
Muradova said reports of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs brokering Karabakh settlement will be heard during the discussions, which will be attended by representatives of the OSCE chairperson.
Muradova also noted that during the OSCE PA session in Dubrovnik, Croatia on October 7-10, the Azerbaijani parliamentarians would condemn the so-called municipal election held in the self-proclaimed Nagorno Karabakh republic on Sunday.
