Azeri, Turkish and Iranian speakers to meet soon
BAKU – The Azerbaijani, Turkish and Iranian parliamentary speakers will hold a trilateral meeting soon. The agreement was reached at a meeting between Azerbaijani and Iranian parliament speakers Ogtay Asadov and Ali Larijani in Baku on Friday, the Iranian embassy in Baku said.
At the meeting, the sides expressed an interest in developing inter-parliamentary relations, stressed the importance of addressing regional problems by the region’s countries within ensuring their interests.
Larijani arrived in Azerbaijan on an official visit on Thursday.
