Azeri speaker to attend CIS PA meeting
BAKU – A delegation of the Azerbaijani parliament headed by Speaker Oktay Asadov will participate in the CIS Parliamentary Assembly’s session due on Saturday in St. Petersburg, Russia, the parliament said.
The results of the parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan and Moldova, the presidential elections in Belarus and Kazakhstan will be discussed at the meeting.
The Azerbaijani parliamentarians will have meetings with the heads of delegations from other CIS member countries.
The MPs are also to take part at the international conference on the 65th anniversary of the Nurnberg process and the IV Neva Ecology congress.
