Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan to sign military paper
BAKU – Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan are due to sign an agreement on military cooperation in 2011.
Azerbaijani Defense Minister Safar Abiyev started an official visit to Tashkent on Monday for the purpose.
During Minister Abiyev’s meetings with Uzbek leaders, the parties will discuss prospects for military cooperation between the two countries and the military and political situation in the South Caucasus and Central Asia regions, according to the ministry.
