Kazakhstan on Thursday, AzerTAj state news agency reported.
Tural Rzayev was appointed ambassador in Kuwait.
Shahin Abdullayev recalled as ambassador of Azerbaijan in Kuwait and was appointed ambassador in Egypt.
Faig Bagirov withdrawn as ambassador in Egypt and as the Permanent Observer of the League of Arab States and was appointed ambassador to Turkey.
Zakir Hashimov, recalled as ambassador in Turkey and Macedonia, and was appointed ambassador to Kazakhstan. *
