Azerbaijani colonel promoted to major-general rank
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev promoted Col Elshad Zeynalov to the rank of major-general, Azernews reports.
Following the order, Colonel Zeynalov is awarded the highest military rank of Major General.
