The ninth meeting of the commission of the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic-Speaking Countries (TurkPA) on social, cultural, and humanitarian issues is being held in the Azerbaijani parliament in Baku, Trend reports.
Delegations of Azerbaijan, Turkey, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan are participating in the meeting.
