Azerbaijan to create temporary register of buildings in liberated lands
Azerbaijani Prime Minister Ali Asadov has signed a decree on the creation of a temporary register of buildings in the territories liberated from Armenian occupation [in the 2020 second Karabakh war] and on the approval of the "Regulations on the temporary register of buildings in liberated territories".
The decree is aimed to ensure the implementation of paragraphs 1.1 and 1.2 of the Decree of the President of Azerbaijan No. 1422 dated August 12, 2021 "On temporary register of buildings in liberated territories".
According to the decree, the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Culture of Azerbaijan have been instructed to submit information reflecting the results of the inventory work carried out in line with paragraphs 7.4 and 7.8 of the Decree of the President of Azerbaijan dated October 29, 2020 No. 1170 to the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture within one month "On organization of temporary special administration in territories of Azerbaijan liberated from occupation."
