Baku to host Youth Speak Forum 2018

AIESEC International Youth Organization is organizing it’s biggest annual event – Youth Speak Forum 2018.

The event will take place in the Pullman Hotel on May 20, Trend Life reported.

Youth Speak Forum is an annual event, based on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations. The main aim of the Forum is to attract young people interested in the sustainable development and personal growth.

This is the place to expand our environment by communicating with speakers and other delegates; receiving valuable advice from them; personal and professional development; getting knowledge of relevant social problems; as well as taking part in the exciting atmosphere of the AIESEC organization!

Among the speakers of the Forum will be Ghulam Isaczai (Resident Representative of UNDP Azerbaijan), Hijran Huseynova (Chair of the State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan), Samira Shabanova ( head of EY Azerbaijan HR department), Tural Kerimli (General Director of High Tech Park), Alakbar Mustafayev (CEO of the incubation center of Youth Inc.) and many others outstanding personalities.

The forum will consist of two parts: the first part where the delegates will have a chance to attend trainings of highly qualified speakers from different sectors, and the second part where they will have a chance to actively participate and create mini-projects.

Youth Speak Forum 2018 will discuss How to build your personal brand, Gender equality as the foundation of a thriving family, How to come up with innovative start-ups, etc.

In the end of the Forum one group will have an opportunity to win a free AIESEC internship abroad and go to a 6 weeks internship program abroad this summer!

AIESEC is the world’s largest youth-run organization, operating in over 127 countries and territories around the world since 1948. The main goal of the organization is to create a platform for the youth to empower their personal and professional development, as well as to provide them with an opportunity of leadership development and cross-cultural understanding.

AIESEC Azerbaijan was established in 2006 with the support of Ministry of Youth and Sports, and has been contributing to development of Azerbaijani youth for the last 12 years. During this time AIESEC Azerbaijan has implemented hundreds of projects involving international participants from all over the world, as well as has helped more than 5000 young people to gain experience in local and international projects.

The participation fee is 20 AZN. The fee includes 2 networking coffee breaks, lunch break and special logistics provided to each delegate. In the end of the forum everyone will be granted with a certificate of participation.
