PABSEC to monitor presidential election in Azerbaijan

The Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (PABSEC) will monitor the upcoming presidential election in Azerbaijan.
PABSEC will send the delegation to the country, the press service told Trend.
Next presidential election in Azerbaijan is to be held on April 11, 2018, according to an order signed Feb. 5 by the country's President Ilham Aliyev. Pre-election agitation campaign in Azerbaijan will begin on March 19, 2018 and end on April 10, 2018 at 08:00.
Azerbaijan’s Central Election Commission has already registered thirteen candidates for the presidential election. Furthermore, the CEC approved 24 appeals to observe presidential election.
