President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has received a delegation led by Senior Executive Vice President of Thales International Raphael Eskinazi on February 8.
Senior Executive Vice President of Thales International Raphael Eskinazi noted that the organization he represents enjoys efficient long-term cooperation with AZAL, underlining their keenness to continue this cooperation with Azerbaijan in the years ahead, Azertag reported.
Raphael Eskinazi emphasized that the opening ceremony of Azerbaijan Airspace Supervision & Efficiency Centre (ASEC) at the Heydar Aliyev International Airport, the firstever in the world pilot project of Thales International, has today been held.
The head of state hailed the Thales International's cooperation with Azerbaijan, noting the importance of projects the company has implemented in the country so far. He expressed his hope that bilateral cooperation will successfully continue.
The establishment of a joint venture between AZAL and Thales International for manufacturing the company's products in Azerbaijan was also discussed at the meeting.
