The presentation will be organized by Romanian embassy and French Institute in the framework of Francophonie Week at the premises of French Institute in Baku, locating at the address Fuzuli street, 67.

The film is directed by famous Romanian director Marian Crisan and won several prizes at international festivals in Wiesbaden (Germany), Locarno (Switzerland), Lisbon (Portugal), Buenos Aires (Argentina) and Reykjavik (Iceland).

The film is in Romanian language and has subtitles in French.

Presentation of the film is a part of the embassy’s campaign dedicated to promote Romanian culture in Azerbaijan. Furthermore, it’s a sign of the importance that Romania attaches to the Francophone values and initiatives.

Romania and Azerbaijan are strategic partners and have an excellent cooperation in almost all fields.

Besides excellent political dialogue and increasing economic cooperation relations in the field of culture are strongly developing.

Events organized by the Romanian Embassy in Baku on January 15, 2015 in the framework of Romania’s National Culture Day showed that Romanian culture is highly appreciated in Azerbaijan.

At the same time Azerbaijani culture is wide-known and valued in Romania thanks to the active work of Heydar Aliyev Foundation.
