Paşa Kapital becomes stock exchange member
Paşa Kapital has become a member of the Baku Stock Exchange, the BSE said on Wednesday.
An event was held on this occasion where deputy chairman of the BSE Vugar Namazov handed a certificate of membership to Paşa Kapital director Ruslan Maharramov.
The State Committee for Securities issued a license on August 24 to Paşa Kapital to practise in dealing and brokerage activities. The license was issued for five years.
Thus, today there are 14 licenses for brokerage, 13 for dealership, three for depository activity, one for clearing, one for professional activity on the stock exchange and two for keeping the register of holders of securities.
