Wages of state public bodies up in Azerbaijan
BAKU – Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed orders raising wages of workers of several budget-funded public bodies.
Under the presidential order, workers of the agricultural, forestry, melioration and water industry, environmental protection, hydrometeorology and fish breeding sectors will see their wages increase 10 percent from September 1.
In another order, the president increased wages of workers of the social security sector by 10 percent.
