Young Azerbaijani sambo wrestler Fuad Mammadov weighing in at
56kg won gold medal at the World Championship in Thessaloniki,
Greece, Azertag state news agency reported.
He secured the medal following a victory over Russian wrestler
Vladimir Alekseev.
Another Azerbaijani wrestler Parviz Shukurov grabbed bronze medal
in the 68kg class.
