Azerbaijan Mini Football Association starts its activity

Azfar Group Company, which makes a great contribution to the promotion of mini-football in the country, has established the Association of Azerbaijan Mini Football.
"Azerbaijan is known all over the world as a country of sports. The state pays special attention to the development of sports, including football, which turned into one of the most beloved ones", the message says.
More than 30 Azfar Group stadiums are at the disposal of football fans in Baku and Sumgayit, Trend Life reported. At the initiative of company, Azfar Business League-ABL Cup 2017/18 championship was held for the first time in the country. The championship aroused the interest of the football community and business circles.
The presence of the most modern sports grounds for mini-football and close cooperation with football fans will play a fundamental role in the further successful activity of the Azerbaijan Association of Mini Football.
The main goal of the Association is the development of football in the country, the increase of mass character among various categories of the population, the promotion of a healthy lifestyle, the training of professional football players.
One of the main tasks of the Association is the introduction of international rules and standards in Azerbaijan and integration into the international mini-football family. With the purpose of exchanging experience, close cooperation with European and world mini-football federations has been started, active work is being carried out to admit Azerbaijan as a member of these organizations.
As a result, AMFA, national mini-football team among amateurs was created for the first time. AMFA will sure its participation in international competitions. In particular, under the aegis of the AMFA, an amateur league on mini-football will be created. The winners will take part in the world and European championships.
All this will allow holding international tournaments in Azerbaijan in the future, promoting the country's promotion on the international arena in this sport.
Bringing together all fans of mini-football, regardless of social status, profession and age, AMFA will play the role of a bridge between amateur and professional football.
