President Aliyev receives Lithuanian Premier
Azerbaijan`s President Ilham Aliyev received on Monday Prime Minister of Lithuania Algirdas Butkevicius, AzerTac state news agency reported.
They underlined the importance of holding the World Economic Forum in Baku.
The Azerbaijani leader and the Lithuanian PM praised development of bilateral relations between the two countries, stressing the importance of reciprocal visits in terms of strengthening these ties.
During the meeting, they noted trade turnover between Azerbaijan and Lithuania was rapidly growing.
President Ilham Aliyev and Premier Algirdas Butkevicius also discussed expansion of the bilateral cooperation in a variety of fields, including investment making and energy.
