Iranian, Armenian officials discuss Syria crisis, Karabakh conflict
Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Abbas Arakchi and his Armenian
counterpart Shavarsh Kocharyan met in Yerevan on Tuesday, and
discussed a wide range of issues, Trend news agency reported,
referring to Fars agency.
Such topics as the Azerbaijani-Armenian Nagorno Karabakh conflict
and Syrian issue were the main topics of the discussion.
The sides discussed various economic, cultural, political and
recent regional developments.
Kocharyan visited Iran with an official visit in February, held
talks with Iranian Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi, and Deputy
Foreign Minister Aragchi as well. The sides discussed development
of political and economic relations between the two countries, as
well as execution of the agreements signed between the two
countries.
