A new Master Plan is being prepared to modernize Ismayilli City and accelerate its sustainable development, Azernews reports, citing a post shared by the chairman of the State Urban Planning and Architecture Committee, Anar Guliyev, on his official social media account.

The post reads that during his visit to Ismayilli, he discussed the details of the new Master Plan project with the head of the district executive authority, Nahid Bagirov.

The plan outlines the renovation of the street and road network, the formation of the architectural landscape, and the establishment of a modern urban environment, with the phases of these projects being clarified.

During the visit, Anar Guliyev also met with residents of the Ismayilli, Agsu, Gobustan, and Shamakhi districts, addressing their questions primarily related to land relations, obtaining construction permits, and the commissioning of facilities. He provided detailed information about the electronic permit system created by the Committee to ensure transparency and objectivity in these processes.
