New appointments in supervisory board of PASHA Bank Georgia

New members of the supervisory board of PASHA Bank Georgia, a subsidiary of Azerbaijan’s PASHA Bank in Georgia, have been appointed, Trend reports with reference to the bank Feb. 7.
George Glonti and Ebru Ogan Knottnerus have been appointed independent members of the supervisory board of the bank.
George Glonti will also take the position of chairman of the audit committee, and Ebru Ogan Knottnerus will hold the position of independent member of the audit committee.
The supervisory board of PASHA Bank Georgia consists of Jalal Gasimov, Shahin Mammadov, George Glonti, Ebru Ogan Knottnerus and chairman of the supervisory board Farid Mammadov.
