Kazakhstan's National Security Committee officer kidnapped
A captain of the Border Service of the National Security Committee of Kazakhstan was kidnapped in Almaty, Astana TV channel reported on June 19.
"The police reported that four suspects in his kidnapping are wanted. They tied up the captain with a sticky tape, placed him in the trunk of a car and took to the territory of Ili district of Almaty province.There they threw him near a gas station and fled," the TV channel reported.
The captain is now at hospital, he has bruises and abrasions.
