Brazil faces setback in coffee trade with U.S. over tariff disputes

Brazil, the world’s largest producer and exporter of coffee, saw its exports of soluble (instant) coffee to the United States plummet by nearly 60% in August year-on-year, following the imposition of a 50% trade tariff by Washington, Brazil’s coffee industry association reported on Monday, Azernews reports, citing foreign media.
