SOCAR, South Korean Company eye co-op
President of Azerbaijan's state oil company SOCAR Rovnag Abdullayev met with Jung Soo-Hyun, President of Hyundai Engineering Construction Co. LTD of South Korea.
The sides exchanged views on issues of mutual interest.
Abdullayev said Azerbaijan is interested in the enhancement of economic cooperation with South Korea.
Underlining that there is productive partnership experience between the Korean companies and SOCAR, Abdullayev gave detailed information to the guests about huge investment programs planned by SOCAR in the country and abroad.
Speaking about TANAP, Star refinery, oil and gas refinery and petrochemical complex and other projects implemented by the company, Abdullayev said there is vast potential to cooperate.
Jung Soo-Hyun, in turn, said they are interested in the projects implemented by SOCAR in Azerbaijan and abroad.
