Azerbaijan, Russia discuss co-op prospects on emergency situations
An Azerbaijani delegation led by Minister of Emergency Situations, colonel-general Kamaladdin Heydarov has visited Moscow, AzerTac state news agency reported.
According to the ministry, the goal of the visit was to participate in an event organized by Ministry of Civil Defense Affairs, Emergencies, and Liquidation of Consequences of Natural Disasters.
During the trip, the Azerbaijani delegation had a number of meetings with officials of the Russian ministry to discuss prospects for cooperation between the two countries` emergency situations authorities.
Employees of the two countries' ministries were presented medals and badges for their contributions to development of bilateral relations.
