Azerbaijan allocates funds for construction of Alat-Astara-Iranian border highway' section - decree
Azerbaijan allocated seven million manat ($4.1 million) for the overhaul of the section of the Alat-Astara-Iranian border highway (M-3).
The corresponding decree was signed by President Ilham Aliyev.
