Extravagant, bright, with exceptional charisma and inimitable appearance ... this is how one can describe Nargiz Zakirova, a singer of Uzbek origin living in the U.S..

The finalist of Russian "The Voice" show for the first time gave an exciting concert entitled “You are my tenderness” to Bakunians on December 23.

The hall was full of music enthusiasts and when unique voice of Nargiz sounded the audience exploded with applause.

After performing several songs, the singer addressed the audience.

"Hello, the land of great and creative people! The land with an extraordinary history, the land of good, happy, peace-loving people. Hello, my Azerbaijan, hello, my Baku!" she said. “For me a concert in Baku is very long-awaited. After "The Voice” I had a lot of fans from your city.”

"Few nations may be compared to you in hospitality, few compare to you."

The singer’s concert in Baku was initially scheduled for December 6, but in connection with the tragedy on an offshore oil platform "Guneshli" it was postponed.

Nargiz also expressed condolences to those who lost their loved ones and relatives.

During the concert Nargiz performed her hits loved by many fans. Nargiz’s image is individual, inimitable and daring, as the singer herself. Her every movement is graceful and plastic.

45-year-old Nargiz was born in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. In 1995 her family emigrated to the U.S., where she recorded "Golden Cage" ethno album issued by Sweet Rains Records in 2001.

In 2013, she passed three stages on the American X-Factor, but after organizers did not call back, Nargiz went to the Russian television project "The Voice," where the extraordinary singer took the second place.

Besides music and creativity, the singer is a loving and beloved wife, and a mother of three children.
