"The Red Garden" feature film will take part at the 12th Eurasia International Film Festival, Trend Life reported.

The Eurasia International Film Festival was established in 1998 in Kazakhstan. With the exception of the 5th edition, which was held in Astana, the Festival takes place in Almaty.

This year, the festival will be held 24-30 October.

The full-length film is a joint production of Azerbaijanfilm and Russian WeiT Media film production company.

"Red garden" refers to the difficult genre of drama which reminds people that love is our only salvation.

The storyline is about school teacher Abbas. The desperate desire of having his own son makes him so indifferent to orphan in his custody and even to deadlock situation of his beloved spouse Vafa. But everything changes, when he himself causes Vafa’s death. Now in the otherworld Abbas is craving to have back all the things that he couldn’t protect in this world…

Script writer and director-producer of the film is Mirbala Salimli. The film's main stars are Magsud Mammadov, Gulzar Gurbanova, and Taleh Badiyev.
