The company will further support students by providing scholarships to a new group of participants

The leading mobile operator of the country, “Azercell Telecom” LLC, announces the launch of the “Student Scholarship Program 2026”, aimed at supporting the development of young talents.

The initiative is implemented in line with the strategic objectives of the digital economy development of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2026–2029. This year, the program focuses on students pursuing education in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) fields, contributing to the development of highly qualified specialists in areas such as ICT/IT, Data Science and Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Robotics and Automation, Network Technologies, Cybersecurity, and Information Security.

Students enrolled in undergraduate and graduate programs with strong academic performance are eligible to apply. Applications are open to students in the 3rd and 4th years of four-year bachelor’s programs, the 4th and 5th years of five-year bachelor’s programs, as well as the 1st and 2nd years of master’s programs.

Applications will be accepted until February 11, 2026.

The selection process for the “Student Scholarship Program 2026” includes an initial review of applications, an assessment of candidates’ knowledge and skills, followed by an interview stage.

Students demonstrating the highest performance will be awarded scholarships throughout their academic studies. In addition, scholarship recipients will have the opportunity to explore potential internship and career prospects within Azercell.

Supporting the next generation of talented youth is one of the key priorities for Azercell within its corporate social responsibility strategy. Over the past 16 years, the company has awarded scholarships to more than 300 students, consistently fostering the development of their professional knowledge and skills.
