BakuTel to mark its 20th anniversary

Azerbaijan International Telecommunications and Information Technologies Exhibition and Conference BakuTel, one of the leading specialized exhibitions in the region, as well as the largest telecommunications exhibition in the Caspian and Caucasus regions will celebrate its 20th anniversary this year.

For more than 20 years, BakuTel has brought together leading companies in the telecommunications market, become a main arena for demonstration of IT products and services, strong relationships are established and new enterprises are created here.

The Communications and High Technologies Ministry has supported the exhibition and contributed to its development and formation. Iteca Caspian and its partner ITE Group Plc are the organizers of the exhibition. More than 100 companies have confirmed their participation at the exhibition so far. Among the participants were leading ICT companies, Azerbaijan’s mobile operators, Internet service providers, system integrators and distributors of the famous brands.

This year’s exhibition that will take place on December 2-5 will feature numerous national stands from a number of countries organized with the active support of the ministry. By tradition, the exhibition creates conditions for young specialists to speak about their inventions, programs and services within the biggest event of the ICT sector in the region. In this regard, great emphasis was placed on startups at the exhibition and this year special stands will also be organized for their participation.

Traditionally, this year’s exhibition will feature conferences, seminars, round tables, business and Internet forums as well as an interesting business program containing many other events.

A game zone with the latest game technologies will also be located in the exhibition.

Moreover, in connection with the 20th anniversary of the exhibition, a program of additional measures will be implemented and the program with its coloring and diversity will create a mood of celebration for both participants and visitors.
