Gabala Music Festival wraps up

The Gabala International Music Festival, which has been delighting classical music lovers for nine years, came to the end.

Famous musicians from different countries, world-known symphonic and philharmonic orchestras performed at the festival.

The final concert of chamber music was held at the Heydar Aliyev Congress Center on August 3, Day,az reported.

The pianists - director of the Azerbaijan State Philharmonic Murad Adigozalzadeh, chairman of the jury of the Gabala International Pianists Competition Oksana Yablonskaya (Russia), art director of the Dickbury Music Festival in the USA Stefan Deits and the professor of the Italian International Music Academy "L.Perosi" Anna Serova (viola) performed brilliantly to the hugely inspiring audience.

Large and enthusiastic crowd enjoyed works of European composers Schubert, Brahms, Foret, Gershwin.

The event was co- organized by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism with the support of Gilan Holding.
