Fairmont Flame Towers mark launch of its Italian Bistro and Terrace

The most awaited Italian Bistro and Terrace was launched in Fairmont Baku Hotel on April 23.

The evening has started with welcome drinks and Italian cocktails accompanied by a classic quartet creating an inimitable ambiance. Pasta, Pizza and selection of Antipasti, a parmesan wheel, cheese board, Salamis and Hams with fresh herbs and spices were featured on the buffet showcasing the savours of Italian Cuisine. The Chefs of Italian restaurant were preparing the fresh Italian dishes including Porcini Mushroom Risotto, Beef Togliatti with blue cheese gnocchi in front of the guests and interacting with them enthusiastically to make the evening even more memorable.

During the official speech, Italian Ambassador Mr. Giampaolo Cutillo expressed his gratitude that Italian Corner had been created in one of his favourite Hotels in Baku.

In his turn, the General Manager of the Hotel Mr. Pascal Leprou shared the plans on upcoming activities including the planting of the Olive trees at the terrace zone and making the restaurant an authentic place for the Guests. The culmination of the event became the performance of Singing Chef which captured the trends in the Social Networks for that evening. The artist initially appeared in front of the guests as a Master Chef of the Restaurant later was recognized as a Leading Opera Singer of Azerbaijan.

Despite the chilly weather, Guests went to the Terrace to watch the exclusive Fire Show. Fairmont staff demonstrated their inevitable attention by providing the warm blankets to the guests so they can enjoy the special show in a comfortable set up of Italian Bistro Terrace.
