Argentina present again at AITF in Baku
Argentina participated in Azerbaijan´s leading tourism fair for the second consecutive year, with a stand offering promotional and informational materials on the country, as well as a tango show and empanadas, a favourite of Argentine cuisine.
Argentina is famous for its enormous variety of beautiful landscapes, vibrant cities offering unique cultural experiences, its gourmet and wine tourism, and much more.
The Argentine stand was provided by the Argentina Tourist Board, INPROTUR, known in English as the National Institute for the Promotion of Tourism, and the country’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The delegation from Argentina was headed by the Argentine Ambassador to Azerbaijan, His Excellency Carlos Riva. In representation of Minister Enrique Meyer -the Minister of Tourism of Argentina and President of INPROTUR -, was Rodolfo Milesi, Chairman of Branding Latin America Group, a global Public Relations company based in London.
AITF took place at the Baku Expo Centre from April 2-4, 2015,
and was attended by over 350 exhibitors. This was the
14th Edition of the Fair.
