National judokas to compete in European Championships
Azerbaijani judo fighters will vie for medals at the European Championships to be held in Kazan, Russia on April 21-24, Azertac state news agency reports.
The Azerbaijani squad includes Orkhan Safarov, Ilgar Mushkiyev both at 60kg, Tarlan Karimov at 66kg, Rustam Orujov at 73kg, Abdulhagg Rasullu at 82kg, Mammadali Mehdiyev at 90kg, Elmar Gasimov, Elkhan Mammadov both at 100kg, Ushangi Kokauri at +100kg, as well as female fighter Ayshe Gurbanli at 48kg.
