Turkey, Georgia to mull energy cooperation
Georgia's Deputy Prime Minister and Energy Minister Kakha Kaladze will pay an official visit to Turkey.
Kaladze will meet with Turkish Energy and Natural Resources Minister Taner Yildiz during his visit to Ankara, the Georgian ministry reported.
The sides will discuss issues of strengthening bilateral cooperation between Georgia and Turkey in the energy sector, expanding of trans-border trade, construction of transmission lines, facilitating private sector to expand trade relations in the energy field, signing of a new intergovernmental agreement in this area.
Kaladze's visit to Turkey will end on September 19.
