Georgia, IMF to expand co-op

Georgian Finance Minister Nodar Khaduri and IMF executive director for Dutch and Belgium group of countries Menno Snel discussed the cooperation and the prospects for the intensive development of ties.
The meeting was held within the framework of Khaduri's working
visit to the U.S., the ministry reported.
The sides reiterated the importance of deepening the partnership
between Georgia and the international financial institution.
Snel expressed confidence that Georgia will reach planned economic
growth indicator as all the prerequisites exist in this regard.
The International Monetary Fund predicts Georgia's economic
growth to be five percent in 2014.
During the visit Khaduri participated in the annual spring meeting
of the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund, which was
opened on April 11.
