Tajikistan, EU eye co-op issues
Tajikistan and the EU discussed the perspectives for
cooperation, ASIA-Plus reported on April 8, with the reference to
the Tajik Foreign Ministry.
During the meeting of Tajik Deputy Foreign Minister Nizomiddin
Zohidov with the member of the European parliament Henri Weber, the
wide range of issues has been discussed, including regional
cooperation issues and the situation in Afghanistan.
French Ambassador to Tajikistan Didier Leroy also attended the
meeting.
The parties in particular discussed bilateral relations between Tajikistan and France, as well as inter-parliamentary relations.
