There are no citizens of Kyrgyzstan registered among those killed in a airplane crash in Ramenskoye district of Moscow region (Russia), Kabar with reference to the Embassy of Kyrgyzstan in Russia reported.

In the afternoon of Sunday, on Feb. 11, in the Ramenskoye district of Moscow region, the passenger An-148 aircaraft of the Saratov Airlines that flew to Orsk disappeared from the radar screens of Domodedovo, RIA-Novosti reported.

The Rosaviation told that the connection with the An-148 crew of the Saratov Airlines, Moscow-Orsk flight 703 disappeared a few minutes after it took off from the Domodedovo airport and the aircraft's scribe mark disappeared from the locators. There were allegedly 65 passengers and six crew members on the board according to the agency.

Head of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, Vladimir Puchkov told reporters on the completion of rescue operations at the site of the An-148 crash. All the people who were in the plane died, so the rescue operation moved to the search stage, the RIA-Novosti reported.

"Rescue work is completed. We confirm that 71 people died who were on the board," Puchkov said. The main searching works in the Ramenskoye district can be completed within a week.

The Investigative Committee of Russia opened a criminal case under the article Violation of rules for operation of air transport, which resulted to the death of two or more persons.
