Eriell GmbH buys shares in Uzbekneftegaz’s subsidiary

Austrian Eriell GmbH has acquired controlling stake of Sarbon-Neftegaz JSC, the transportation division of Uzbekneftegaz National Holding Company, the Tashkent Republican Stock Exchange reported.
According to the Tashkent Republican Stock Exchange, the Austrian company acquired 561,930 shares at $6.04 per share.
A package of shares was purchased at $3.394 million from Uzgeoburneftegaz - subsidiary of the holding, Uzbekneftegaz told Trend.
Sarbon-Neftegaz joint-stock company renders transportation services to the oil and gas enterprises and organizations in Uzbekistan. The company’s other shareholders are individuals.
ERIELL international oilfield service group renders well drilling and workover services to leading oil and gas companies in the Russian Federation, Central and South Asia, North Africa, and Europe. The company was founded in 2004.
