SOCAR establishes new company
Azerbaijan’s energy giant SOCAR has registered SOCAR Dalgic LLC subsidiary service company in the Taxes Ministry of Azerbaijan, the Azerbaijani ‘Vergiler’ newspaper said.
Agalar Ibrahimov has been appointed the legal representative of the new company. The company with a registered capital of 100 manats was registered through a ‘single window’ system in the ministry of taxes of Azerbaijan on September 21.
The company was registered at the following address: Salyan highway, 13th kilometer, Sabail district, Baku, Azerbaijan.
The members of the SOCAR Dalgic Supervisory Board include Mehman Orucaliyev, Mikhail Mirzoyev, Ilgar Sadigov and Ilham Nasirov.
SOCAR includes production associations Azneft (the enterprises producing oil and gas onshore and offshore), Azerkimya (the chemical industry enterprises) and Azerigaz.
The company also has a number of processing enterprises, service enterprises, and institutions involved in geophysical and drilling operations.
SOCAR is the sole producer of oil products in Azerbaijan. It has
two oil refineries and filling stations in Azerbaijan, Georgia,
Ukraine, Romania and Switzerland.
It is the co-owner of the largest Turkish petrochemical complex,
Petkim, and other assets in Turkey.
