Azerbaijan’s SOCAR among top best companies in Georgia
Georgian Times media holding and the Association of Public Opinion and Marketing Researches (GORBI) named the top 25 companies in the business ranking of the year.
The Azerbaijani State Oil Company (SOCAR) was among the best companies.
Media holding president Malkhaz Gulashvili and GORBI director Merab Pachulia said at the press conference on May 22 that some 50 companies were initially chosen. The professional jury chose only 25. The rating included the companies transferring 1 and over 1 million lari to the country's budget.
The Ministry of Finance, the International Chamber of Commerce, Business Association of Georgia, the American Chamber of Commerce and the Georgian Chamber of Commerce are the partners of the event. The traditional awards ceremony will be held on May 30.
