Heydar Aliyev Foundation marks int'l Children’s Day

The Heydar Aliyev Foundation marked the International Children's Day at a summer camp of the Boarding School No.1 in Shuvalan, Baku, on May 29.
The event was attended by Vice-President of the Foundation Leyla Aliyeva, and Arzu Aliyeva. They had a friendly conversation with children during teatime.
Addressing the event, representative of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Ilgar Mustafayev spoke about the Heydar Aliyev Foundation's projects concerning children.
Mustafayev said Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and the country's first lady Mehriban Aliyeva paid special attention to children and their conditions.
He noted the event was part of a series of events arranged by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation for marking Children's Day on June 1. It was also an occasion to mark the opening of the summer camp season.
Various representatives from the Astrakhan region of the Russian Federation, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Pakistan attended the event.
Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva was presented an album of photographs on behalf of children of the Astrakhan region of the Russian Federation.
The children at the Boarding School were presented gifts by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.
